OUR MISSION
The men and women of the first responder community dedicate their lives to serving our cities every day. Police, firefighters, paramedics and others need the tools and training to be safe and do their best work. As is frequently the case, these organizations are under-resourced. The permanent solution will always be to drive change with elected officials, but The First In Fund is taking action today. We cannot wait for policy changes when lives are at stake. Our 100% volunteer team works with individual donors and corporate partners to put those charitable contributions to work right away. We deliver new tools, skills, and experts directly to the departments that need it most.
